1101 Central Expressway South is a Class “A” office building.

The two story, 56,838 square foot building was completed in 2006 and open for occupancy in January 2007.

It is the second phase of the development and has a prominent flagstone approach entry feature capped with a standing seam metal roof. During the building process numerous large native trees were saved and incorporated into the overall plan.

As part of two phase developments at the southern end of Enterprise Business Park, the project incorporates an integrated hike and bike path system tied in with an adjacent pedestrian creek-side park development.

1301 Central Expressway South is a class “A” office building in the far North Dallas community of Allen, Texas.

The two story, 48,048 square foot building was completed in February 2006 and has stone exterior over concrete in earth tones, 1 inch insulated bronze glass with ornamental entryway light fixtures, flagstone entry feature, standing seam metal roof, stone floors, elevator, heavy landscaping and covered executive parking.

Located within Allen’s planned corporate park, it has been integrated into Creekside City Park with jogging and biking trails. An adjacent rail is being developed for Dallas’ Light Rail mass transit.
